Nigel Soppitt specialises in Crime, Family and Road Traffic Law.

Formerly a Solicitor for 15 years before joining the Bar, Nigel has had conduct of many complex and high profile crime cases for the defence including murder, manslaughter, rape, drugs conspiracies and grievous bodily harm with intent.

Nigel also dealt with an Attorney General Reference 108/9 of 2005 - Definition of Sadism without Leading Counsel and has been involved in many cases of murder as Junior Counsel.

Nigel is Proceeds of Crime Act Accredited and a member of the Criminal Bar Association and North Eastern Circuit.

Nigel Soppitt is a member of the North Eastern Circuit.
