Prior to joining the Bar John Constable was a University Principal Lecturer in Law.
John's practice includes:
- All aspects of Common Law including property and co-ownership matters,
- Family Law including ancillary relief, children (both Private and public law matters) and those cases involving conflict of laws.

- Immigration Law.
John is also accredited to deal with Proceeds of Crime Act cases.
John has a competent command of the French language.
John Constable is a member of the North Eastern Circuit.
