Peter J. Sabiston
Having been called to the Bar in 1992 Peter Sabiston specialises in all aspects of criminal law in the Crown Courts across the North Eastern Circuit. He acts for both the Prosecution and the Defence dealing with such matters as rape, serious assault, aggravated arson, drugs conspiracies and serious fraud/money laundering cases.
Peter is also instructed in prison law matters.
Prior to joining the Bar Peter was employed as a qualified Environmental Health Officer by Hull City Council and has brought his previous experience to the Bar and accepts instructions in such cases.
Peter is Proceeds of Crime accredited and has attended a seminar conducted by the DPP in relation to serious sexual offences in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act of 2003.
Peter J. Sabiston is a member of the North Eastern Circuit.
