Catherine Fagan specialises in all aspects of family and criminal law.
Catherine is a Grade 3 Crown Court Prosecutor and has prosecuted and defended in cases involving serious crime; including violent and sexual offences, public order, drugs offences and offences against children.
In her family practice Catherine specialises in both public and private law proceedings, adoption, divorce, ancillary relief, domestic violence and trusts of land applications.
Catherine is a member of the Family Law Bar Association and also accredited to deal with Proceeds of Crime Act cases.
Catherine J Fagan is a member of the North Eastern Circuit.
