Joan Smith is a Grade 2 Crown Court Prosecutor specialising in Crime, Family and all aspects of Civil Law, Local Authority/Police prosecutions including Trading Standards and ASBO's.
A Member of the Criminal Bar Association, Joan is experienced in all aspects of Crown, Magistrates, Family Proceedings Court as well as County Court Work. She has also developed a practice in Court Martial Hearings and has attended at the High Court on Judicial Review.
Joan's specialist areas are all aspects of licensing law and both private and puiblic law family work.
Joan is also accredited to deal with Proceeds of Crime Act cases.
